He has more than 15 years of consulting experience specializing in leading large business and IT transformations. He most recently set up an enterprise strategic management office for a major pharmaceutical company. The initiative drove the ability to substantially lower their SG&A over the course of 18 months. Recently he has setup an entire enterprise program management and governance structures to manage over 400FTEs and 1000 projects at a major healthcare provider Chris helped design and setup numerous security PMOs Many of the programs Chris has led have enabled the development of complex global strategic initiatives spanning multiple stakeholders and business functions which had program spend in upwards of $1 billion. He has experience enabling portfolio management, program and project management structures for fortune 100 companies and is a subject matter expert in using advanced analytics to provide executives confidence and visibility into the health of the program. He has managed a team of 100 onsite and offshore associates in the design, build, testing and implementation of six business-critical portal applications to support a large pharmaceutical company s sales force effectiveness campaign. The global program provided leadership visibility into the performance of their 10,000 person sales force.
