Certified Professional Certified Professional Certified Professional The Certified Professional program is offered and administered by Korean Fair Competition Federation, and the certification is confirmed* by the relevant department of the Korean government and accredited by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (registration number : 2014-5312). * Fair Trade Commission The certification indicates that the holder demonstrates the relevant expertise and ability to practice legal, ethical and sustainable management in an integrated manner through corporate risk management system in accordance with an international standard of Program, ISO 19600 ( Systems) Duties :, risk management, audit, and sustainable management and establishment of relationship with regulatory authorities Effectiveness of ISO 19600 ( Systems) It is used as a benchmark to help regulatory and judicial bodies evaluate an organization s commitment to its compliance management in international business transactions. They consider its commitment to compliance when determining the appropriate restrictions (e.g. penalties) on transactions to be imposed for contraventions of relevant laws. The global compliance community is aware of the creation of the ISO standard/guideline on compliance management, due to the influence the standard will have on companies assessing the compliance system of business partners. Korean Fair Competition Federation registered as a formal member of the worldwide professional body, IFCA (International Federation of Associations) in November 20, 2014.
