Any other item not mentioned in these inclusions, are considered a non-standard inclusion. Exclusions Section 94 contributions are not included in the price. Some Council s may require payment of contributions for Complying Development Applications. Council bonds: Bonds required by Council for construction development works Storm-water system upgrading: If required Sewer Encasement or Protection Works: If required, including any deep piering within the sewer or easement zone of influence Travel: Costs for House Logic's contractors to remote locations for installation is specifically excluded from the price. Delivery: Delivery outside Sydney Metropolitan Area will incur delivery costs. Sewer and Water Connection: Provision included in quote is for $1,000.00 only, excess is considered a variation. Approval Stage Prior to the Approval Stage, the client must provide a current Section 149 Certificate and Sewer diagram. We can collect these documents on the client s behalf for an additional cost.
