They can use it to make purchases everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The cards allow consumers to pay bills and withdraw cash at millions of ATMs worldwide. Prepaid Debit Card Program Management - PreCash offers businesses, large and small, turnkey and custom prepaid Visa card and prepaid MasterCard card programs that add revenue, increase customer loyalty, and help attract financially underserved and cash-paying consumers. The PreCash Billocity Service Billocity is an electronic bill routing and delivery solution for bill payment processors or any business that routes or accepts bill payments. It dramatically accelerates average payment time, adds revenue, and converts costs into income while delivering both savings to billers and a better experience to consumers. PreCash Bill Pay Service With the Bill Pay service, PreCash allows merchants to accept cash payments for a customer s recurring bill from any participating service provider. Merchants take the cash payment and collect a convenience fee, and the transaction is processed electronically, in many cases posting to the customer s account in real-time. PreCash offers bill payment for more than 150 total billers in the utilities, wireless, cable/satellite, car loan, local phone, and utilities industries. Prepaid Refill Service - The Prepaid Refill service allows merchants to sell prepaid cell phone minutes to customers for participating service providers. WebConnect - PreCash WebConnect is an Internet-based, merchant interface that processes transactions for all PreCash products and services.
