About Omnilogic Data Center Omnilogic Data Center is NOT a passive Hosting Solution, and this is the major difference from similar solutions existent in the Romanian market today. With a final investment cost of more than 8 mil Euro, Omnilogic Data Center was designed and built as a dedicated, professional, flexible and secured IT environment, made available exclusively to the Omnilogic strategic customers. Omnilogic Data Center has been built according to the latest standards of Telecommunications Industry Association for the telecommunication infrastructure of Data Centers (TIA-942). Omnilogic Data Center is deemed to have the Level 3, the only element non-compliant with Level 4 requirements being its location, due to the fact that it is situated at less than 20 km from Otopeni Airport. The equipment and servers in Omnilogic Data Center are state-of-art, coming from world leaders in the industry. The network infrastructure contains CISCO equipment, network security is provided with CHECKPOINT and CISCO, servers are from IBM, HP and SUN, storage equipment is from EMC and virtualization is managed with VMWARE.
Omnilogic Data Center Features Redundant power supply: is provided by two branches to the distribution network, and is secured by means of 3 generating sets, 3 UPSs and double power supply circuits for each equipment. A/C: the redundant equipment provides an acclimatized environment, using the horizontal airflow technology, which is the only technology recommended for Data Centers. Automatic fire extinguishing system: all the spaces are equipped with smoke and heat detectors and the extinguishing technology with inergen gas is the one recommended for the Data Center. Each cell has a gas extinguisher disabling device when the staff is in the equipment room. High floor: we use the raised floor, which sustains 1300 kg/m2. Anti-seismic protection: all equipment is anti-seismically secured Security: we provide 5 access control levels, using magnetic cards, permanent guards, video surveillance of all spaces, authorization and access procedures, firewall and VLAN. Structured cabling: structured cabling is certified CAT 7 STP and uses optical fiber. Data network: uses special Data Center equipment from the leading vendors in the industry.
Professional Services: Our Offer Proactive monitoring 24x7x365 (NOC) Comprehensive HW/SW on-request maintenance HelpDesk 24x7x365 OMNILOGIC provides equipment and server management and monitoring, as well as local/remote remedy of the incidents which take place in either in OMNILOGIC Data Center or in selected, remote customer premises 24x7x365, using Help-Desk and Network Operating Control (NOC) procedures. The services provided are either standard or they could be customized according to the customers' needs. Upon request, OMNILOGIC can provide reports regarding operations, loading, availability, security threats, incidents, optimizations or other aspects requested by the Customer. An experienced engineer team, specialized in various technologies, ensures OMNILOGIC Processing Center management and permanently monitors the equipment and servers with a series of specific applications, including IBM Tivoli Netcool.

Omnilogic provides equipment and servers management, their monitoring and remediation of incidents occurred in Omnilogic Data Center 24x7x365 through its two departments, Help-Desk and Network Operating Center. Our greatest concern is the availability of our customers' businesses. SLA times (response, intervention, remedy) are prompt, the Customer directly contacts the Omnilogic staff authorized to solve the problem and, in case of delays, the managerial escalation reaches the level of CTO and CEO. Our engineers have a vast experience on the equipment and systems from OMNILOGIC Processing Center and their training level is guaranteed by the partnerships we have concluded with the vendors of Data Center equipment, CISCO, NORTEL, SUN MICROSYSTEMS, IBM, HP, VMWARE, EMC. Omnilogic Data Center can provide connectivity through all major operators in Romania, VODAFONE, ROMTELECOM, ORANGE, SNR, GTS and others. Those operators provide entirely redundant connections, on various routes, from their points of presence to Omnilogic Data Center. To provide a higher degree of availability, connectivity on various transmission media, such as copper, optical fiber and radio can be offered.
