E-Commerce Sites that Fit Your Organization Azox e commerce solutions create a link between your website and your internal Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system, automating the web order process and fulfillment in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Our products support the following web environments. B2B Site The B2B Site is used by established customers who have been issued a webstore login. They can view products, pricing and availability, place an order, track an order and manage their account. A B2B Site can be accessed either by a link off the main corporate site or thru a separate URL. Mobile Site The Mobile Site allows companies to reach the expanding mobile e commerce market with shopping sites that are designed specifically for mobile users. Shoppers are able to easily navigate and purchase products through mobile devices like Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone, iphone or ipad devices. B2C Site The B2C Site allows customers to view products and see the various product options using an Internet web browser. Customers do not require a login to view the products. A consumer site can include a buying environment or it can just be a browsing site. Points Site The Points Site allows you to sell products to customers where the product price and the order payment will use points instead of the traditional currency payment. Sales Portal Site The Sales Portal Site provides the ability for employees to view products, place orders and create or update existing quotes. Employees can be given the ability to maintain customers and print dynamic sales reports also. The flexibility to enable price changes and calculate margin levels on items is also available. From this environment you can update customer information and add new customers.

Inventory Management ecatalog is a tool used to assist in the maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics GP Inventory cards and to publish the on line catalog. This tool allows you to view and manage your inventory in a spreadsheetlike environment. It also provides some import and export functionalities to help you manage your inventory quickly and easily. Web Analytics Deploying esource Web Analytics on your e-commerce site can help segment customer shopping behavior and build a personalized shopping experience. Integrating and correlating esource Web Analytics data with back-end data can provide important clues about your customers and guide you through the process of deploying your e-commerce sites and making key business decisions. SEO Management esource SEO allows you to optimize your web store for a better search engine ranking. esource SEO is a utility built into the the e-commerce engine that configures page information like the page title and meta deta. Page titles can be configured to contain five of the following; page name, description, the product ID, any catalog user defined field, item user defined category fields, catalog description list or string fields, and titles of the previous page. Wish Lists/Saved Carts Wish lists allow you to save the shopping cart items to a list that can be used on a later visit. It can also be used to reorder the same products repeatedly. Saved Carts are named with a description of your choice and a single customer can have as many saved carts as desired. Saved Carts is also very useful on a Sales Portal to allow the saving of incomplete orders until further information is gathered or until you are able to complete the entry of the order. Another functionality of the Saved Carts module is to automatically save the current shopping cart in case the browser is accidentally closed before the order is completed. The user will be prompted to reload the shopping cart if desired when they visit the site again. Drop Shipping The Drop Ship Indicator provides the ability to send orders into Microsoft Dynamics GP with the items automatically marked for Drop Shipment from the Vendor to a customer. This indicator can be set to mark all customers and all items, all items for a specific customer, specific items for all customers, or specific items for specific customers. Google Analytics With plugin support for Google Analytics, identifying information surrounding website visits and conversions related to AdWords can help provide greater insight into your marketing campaign effectiveness. Transactional information like top revenue sources, and average order value can also be gathered.
esource: Features and Modules Modules Modules provide greater functionality to your e commerce environment and can be added a la carte. Related Products The Related Products module provides the ability to link items together for cross sell, up sell, showing coordinates and accessories, and more on the webstore. A parent / child relationship can be established for each item on the webstore if desired. The list of Related Products is shown on the Item Detail Page and the related items can be grouped if desired (ie. Similar Items, Accessories, etc). User Specific Catalog The User Specific Catalog provides the ability to configure customer catalogs at the user level to limit or provide exclusive access to specific items or item classes. This is useful for customers with product offerings that only certain customers can purchase or when different customers are buying from different catalogs. The Product Customization Module will allow the customization information on a particular product to be collected from a customer. Dimension Group The Dimension Group module allows similar inventory items to be grouped together, providing the ability to present a large number of SKUs under a single product listing. Within a family you will define individual characteristics such as Size, Color, Series, or whatever characteristics make each of the items unique in the family. The esource webstore will show a single item to represent the Option Family, with an option for the user to select among the various characteristics defined for this Option Family via drop down lists. One Page/Guest Checkout Enhance user friendliness and make the checkout process clearer for your customers by keeping forms on one page. With Guest Checkout customers can check out without having to login, speeding up the checkout process for new customers. Filters Allow users to refine their product browsing results based on certain attributes and values of a product. Customers can define their product search through common attributes/categories like price, brand, type, size, style, etc. Linked Attributes (Make/Model/Year) Provides the ability to easily find products by selecting different options from a drop down list. In the make/ model/year instance, specific parts and accessories will be displayed only for vehicles that match that cars make, model and year. Download The Download Module provides the ability to mark items in Microsoft Dynamics GP as downloadable, and then adds a download section to the webstore where purchased products can be downloaded after they are purchased. It will support the download of any type of file. There is a single download file association per product. If multiple download files are needed for a single product, that they must be zipped or packaged into one file in some manner. Online BillPay Online BillPay provides the ability on a B2B Business Site or an E2B Sales Portal to pay an open invoice by credit card. On an E2B Sales Portal you can also make payment by either Cash or Check. This module utilizes the Microsoft Dynamics GP econnect runtime module. Product Rate/Review Product Rate/Review lets customers review and promote the products they purchased by adding a product review at the item detail page.
esource: Features and Modules Credit Card Extension Credit Card Extension provides Credit Card processing capabilities directly from the Microsoft Dynamics GP environment. Credit Cards can be validated and processed directly from Sales Transaction Entry, Cash Receipts or Receivables Transaction Entry windows. Credit Card einterface The Credit Card einterface will link the Credit Card Extension in Microsoft Dynamics GP to the webstore. Credit card transactions processed on the webstore will then flow through to Microsoft Dynamics GP along with the sales transaction. A Merchant account and Gateway account will be required for Credit Card processing and are the responsibility of the customer to establish. It is also necessary to have a secure website when processing credit cards. Shipping Rate einterface The Shipping Rate einterface will provide an automatic calculation of freight amounts for an order. The Shipping Calculator can be linked to provide UPS, FedEx or USPS rates based on the weight of the products being ordered. Shipping Rates can be uplifted to include additional charges or markups to cover overpack, etc. Drop Ship Indicator The Drop Ship Indicator module provides the ability to send orders into Microsoft Dynamics GP with the items automatically marked for Drop Shipment from the Vendor to a customer. This indicator can be set to mark all customers and all items, all items for a specific customer, specific items for all customers, or specific items for specific customers. Promo Pricing einterface The Promo Pricing einterface gives you the ability to define promotional pricing for the webstore only. Promo Exception Pricing setup is done directly in Microsoft Dynamics GP and allows you to support promotions such as markdowns, buy one, get one and free shipping. Coupons can also be supported with the module to allow promotions driven by the entry of a coupon. On a Sales Portal this module also provides the ability for an Employee to Override prices or select another price from the established price list for an item. Extended Pricing einterface The Extended Pricing einterface provides the interface between the Microsoft Dynamics GP Extended Pricing module and the webstore. This interface will also support the interface between the Trinity Extended Pricing Enhancements and the webstore. This allows the pricing setup from both of these Extended Pricing products to be fully integrated into the webstore. Extended pricing is required to run our einterface. Product Customization The Product Customization page that is displayed can be assigned at a product level. This allows different information to be collected for different products. This module also supports the ability for a customer to upload art files or pictures that need to be included with this customized order. The information collected here will be included in the Line Note of the Microsoft Dynamics GP Sales Order. Examples of use of this module include collecting customization information for a product (i.e. logo, name, etc), or providing a Terms and Conditions agreement or a Sales Margin verification page on a Sales Portal site.

Azox provides a disconnected or hosted model for managing an Azox ecommerce solution using SQL server replication and Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ). AvaTax einterface The AvaTax einterface allows the Avalara tax service to provide the calculated tax for an order rather than the standard Microsoft Dynamics GP setup. You must have Avalara running in Microsoft Dynamics GP to utilize this. Useful for B2C sites where you must collect tax in states with lots of variations in local, city and county tax. Since a new B2C customer does not have a pre defined tax setup, this software uses the zip code + 4 to determine the appropriate tax authority. The AvaTax solution is required to run our einterface. esource Returns Management esource Returns Management gives the customer the ability to apply for a return at anytime right from your website. This module can save your Customer Service department valuable time by reducing the amount of phone calls received for returns and eliminate interruptions from their daily routines. Customer satisfaction will increase as customers will be able to process returns at any time without waiting for a customer service representative to handle their call.
