From 1971 to 1980, averaged 120 fire criminal incident investigations per year for a total of 1,180 assigned investigations. Assisted other investigators in more than 500 additional investigations. Of these investigations, averaged 30 arrests per year, for a total of 270 arrests. Realized an average of 15 convictions per year, for a total of 112 convictions. Responsible for the arrest and conviction involving one of the largest arson fires in Indianapolis history (Hilton Hotel, 1971.) Conducted over 6,000 investigations in residences, commercial buildings, and vehicles, in relation to accident reconstruction, fires, forensic locksmithing and mechanical evaluations. Training provider for Indiana Law Officers and Support Personnel relating to vehicle theft and fire investigations. Published a report to be used as a guideline in the International Association of Investigative Locksmiths manual. Qualified as an Expert Witness in numerous state and federal courts throughout the continental United States and Alaska.
