Mr. Neil has investigated over 2,500 fires, which have involved criminal arson investigations and have included single and multi-family complexes, environmental crimes, multi-million dollar losses, and those with multiple fatalities and serious bodily injury. INSTRUCTION PROVIDED ON FIRE INVESTIGATION: Mr. Neil has presented many fire and forensic investigation training programs for various groups. Topics have included fire origin and cause investigation; product failure analysis, physical evidence identification, collection and preservation; motor vehicle and heavy equipment investigations. Mr. Neil often speaks to insurance companies, law firms and claims organizations.
