Eighteen (18) years of which have been directly involved in the investigation, analysis, and determination of the origin and cause of fires involving structures, vehicles, heavy equipment, farm equipment, and marine craft. Mr. Neil has investigated over 2,500 fires, which have involved criminal arson investigations and have included single and multi-family complexes, environmental crimes, multi-million dollar losses, and those with multiple fatalities and serious bodily injury. INSTRUCTION PROVIDED ON FIRE INVESTIGATION: Mr. Neil has presented many fire and forensic investigation training programs for various groups. Topics have included fire origin and cause investigation; product failure analysis, physical evidence identification, collection and preservation; motor vehicle and heavy equipment investigations. Mr. Neil often speaks to insurance companies, law firms and claims organizations.
