WHO WE ARE Concorde Solutions formed in 1999 is a privately owned company with a clear focus on integrated payment solutions. Products supported by the technical expertise and processing facilities of Concorde include a range of payment products in conjunction with major South African banks and the international transaction software supplier, Traderoot. These products include integrated card solutions for leading Point of Sale vendors and popular restaurant and retail groups. The transaction payment mechanism has been accredited by the Acquiring banks and EMV (EuroPay, MasterCard & VISA). Concorde utilises software licensed from Traderoot, a licensor of integrated end-to-end electronic commerce solutions. Concorde Solutions currently has a range of merchants throughout South Africa processing card transactions through the Concorde operated switch. Concorde utilises FNB, ABSA and Nedbank as the acquiring banks. Concorde Solutions is a level 1 PCI PSS certified System Operator. A customer support call centre is operated by Concorde to provide support for merchants in a range of industries. Some of these industries require access to support outside of normal office hours. Our solution also has the ability to integrate into most point of sale systems and we have existing products with Micros, GAAP, Pilot, Platinum and Alien. Concorde Pay@Counter Designed to process card transactions in quick serve restaurants offering speed and efficiency to cashiers, back office staff and customers. Concorde Pay@Table Offers a card solution that prints and closes the POS bill from the credit card device at the customer s table using Wi-Fi technology. 3. Integrated Point of Sale Solutions Concorde has developed an interface to leading Point of Sale (POS) systems, taking payment functionality to a new level of efficiency and security. This essentially means no more human error, as it removes the cashier from the process of handling credit and debit card payments by having an integrated solution with a single point of entry. All card payments are reflected in the POS management reports where, unlike a separate card terminal, these credit and debit card transactions are not reflected in the POS report. 4. Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) Concorde Solutions provides a unique EVD system for Thetha Thetha, a division of Cellucity, the first cellular phone company in South Africa. Focus is on vending prepaid airtime, electricity and other vouchers. A GPRS card terminal or web application processes airtime and electricity sales with good profit margins available for the merchant. This unique system provides commission and sales reports on the mobile terminal and has attracted thousand of customers.
