TENANT MVE-IN CHECKLIST would like to welcome you to your new place of residency. We at understand that moving into a new home is a difficult process. In order to ensure a smooth transition, please review and complete the following action items below immediately after the execution of the lease or upon your move-in date: Pay the full first month s rent with a cashier s check Create portal account via link sent by email Transfer all applicable utilities immediately to avoid interruption in service Electricity Water & sewer Gas Complete and submit the Residential Lease Inventory and Condition Form within 7 days of commencement per lease agreement to expects that, aside from normal wear and tear over the course of the lease, that our properties be surrendered to at the end of the lease in a similar condition as at the beginning of the lease. This is the primary purpose of security deposits. Please be accurate and thorough when completing the Residential Lease Inventory Condition Form in order for to refund as much of your security deposit as possible.
