REFERENCES: DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT Before settling on a roofing contractor, we encourage you to research your choices carefully. Is this company fully licensed and insured? Can it offer a full range of warranty protection? Are its past customers satisfied? Does it enjoy excellent working relationships with insurance companies? One of the best ways to research a roofing company is to check its references. Talk to past customers, vendors and consumer protection organizations such as the Better Business Bureau to get a feel for how this contractor does business. INSURANCE CLAIMS MADE EASY All Around Roofing and Exteriors works closely with your insurance company to get you the highest quality roof for the best price. The following is a brief guide to steps of the claims process: 1. Contact your insurance company to file a claim. Tell them All Around Roofing has inspected your property and found damage that warrants replacement or repair. Give the storm date supplied by our roof inspector. 2. The insurance carrier will send an adjuster to assess the damage. Our representative will be present during this inspection to advocate on your behalf. Once you have an appointment with the adjuster, please call All Around Roofing immediately so our representative can meet the adjuster at the scheduled time. This is one of the most important ways that we represent your interests during the claim process. 3. Your insurance company will send you a check for the actual cash value of the damage and additional claim paperwork. Make a copy of the paperwork for your records, then call your representative to pick up the paperwork. 4. If the insurance check is made out to both the homeowner and the mortgage company, you will need to have it endorsed by the mortgage company. Send your check to the mortgage company via overnight delivery. Save your delivery receipt -- we will reimburse the cost. Contact us for assistance if your mortgage company requests additional documentation. 5. All Around Roofing conducts a full-scope inspection of your home and property, including your roof, windows, gutters, paint and siding. This ensures that any damage the insurance adjuster missed is documented. Based on our findings, we then send a detailed estimate to your insurance company. 6. An All Around Roofing claim specialist negotiates a settlement with your insurance company. This is often the longest part of the process and necessary to get you the highest quality roof for the best price. We ensure that the agreement covers all relevant code upgrades, fees and price differences. 7. After negotiations are complete, we begin the installation and repairs. All Around Roofing will call you to schedule delivery of materials and confirm your job date. Please be aware that jobs are scheduled weather-permitting. Your first payment is due upon delivery of materials. 8. Once the job is complete, All Around Roofing will conduct a thorough quality-control inspection. If we are satisfied, we will schedule a code inspection by the city or county housing department. Once the installation is approved, we will submit a final invoice to your insurance company, along with a copy of the code inspection paperwork. 9. The insurance company will send you a second check (called a depreciation check). Please contact your All Around Roofing representative when it arrives. The depreciation check is due to All Around Roofing within three days of receipt. Storm date Claim Number Adjuster s Phone Insurance Company Adjuster s Name Appointment Date/Time

PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR AN INSTALLATION Whether you ve just survived a severe storm or are dealing with the realities of an older home, investing in a new roof is one of the most important decisions you ll ever make as a homeowner. We at All Around Roofing value your trust and will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. That being said, roofing is a major construction project. While our experienced crews go the extra mile to protect your home and valuables, please expect a certain amount of noise and vibration as they work. Additionally, please be advised that All Around Roofing cannot be responsible for protecting your family, pets or possessions from the falling debris that occur during a typical roofing demolition and installation. You can help us to make the installation process as safe and pleasant as possible by: Before: z Inspect your materials when they are delivered. Call All Around Roofing immediately if you think they might be the wrong color or style. z Remove artwork and other valuables from your walls. z Cover items in your attic and garage with tarps. z Pull bicycles, toys, grills and other valuables away from the outside of your home. z Cover lawn furniture and potted plants. z Park your vehicles on the street. z Leave an extension cord plugged in for the crew (if your home doesn t have an exterior power outlet). z Contact All Around Roofing s production department in advance with any special instructions. During: z Keep children and pets in a safe area away from the construction. z All Around Roofing crews are NOT allowed to use your personal tools or bathroom. After: z Register the manufacturers warranties for your shingles and other roofing materials online. The information you need will be on the packaging. z We will do a magnetic sweep of your property to remove stray nails. Please remember that some nails may remain, especially in grass or shrubbery. z We value your feedback. Please feel free to contact All Around Roofing with suggestions or concerns. Above all, remember that most roofing installations can be completed in a single day. In exchange for some short-term inconvenience, you ll gain a sound, attractive roof that will increase the value of your home and shelter your family for years to come.

Questions to ask your roofing contractor Let's begin with the six most important questions you should ask any potential roofing contractor: 1. Do you hire licensed and certified inspectors? The All Around Roofing team includes licensed inspectors certified by Haag Engineering. This means they've completed advanced training in scientifically based damage evaluation, which lends them credibility with both homeowners and insurance companies. 2. While many newer roofing contractors go out of business within a few years, you can count on us being there if you need assistance in the future. 3.
