Troubleshooting & Tips: Turning the volume all the way down with your remote does NOT mute your microphone! Use the yellow MIC OFF button to mute your microphone so the other side of your connection won t hear you. It is a good idea to mute your microphone when first connecting and when the other side of the connection is doing a lengthy presentation to limit distractions. If you can t hear anything on the other end of your connection, make sure the volume on your remote is turned up. If it is, and you still can t hear anything, ask the other end if their microphone is muted. If you ve tried that, try disconnecting and calling back. If the other side of the conference is too noisy, ask them to turn off their microphone until you are ready to interact. Point the remote at the camera to make it work. If you enter an IP Address incorrectly and need to backspace, press the Cancel(X) key on the remote. Need help?
