Inês Rocha Work place: Neurosurgery Ward, for two years. Nursing Post-Graduate Programs: Nursing Clinical Supervision. Scientific and/or Professional Activities: Member of the reformulation of the Information System to Support Nursing Practice (SAPE ) in Neurosurgery Ward; Training course for trainers; Member of the organization of the III Neurosurgical Congress (2009); Participation in the ESEP Commemoration of the Erasmus day (2009); First Certificate in English by University of Cambridge. Internationalization: Erasmus in Norway for three months.
Joana Vieira Work place: Angiology and Vascular Surgery Ward, for one year. Scientific and/or Professional Activities: Member of the reformulation of the Information System to Support Nursing Practice (SAPE ) in Angiology and Vascular Surgery Ward; Training course for trainers. Internationalization: Erasmus in Finland for three months.

Qualifications: Registered Nurse (1982), Clinical Specialist in Rehabilitation Nursing (1995), Post-Graduate Programs in Family Nursing (2005) and Nursing Information Systems (2010). Professional/ Scientific Activities: Clinical practice in Cardiothoracic Surgical Intensive Care Unit (1982-1992); Coordinator of Nursing Trade Union Porto region (1992-1998); Management activities as head nurse, since 1996, in Emergency Department, Post-Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Neurology Unit; Founding member and president of General Assembly of Portuguese Association of Wound Treatment (APTF) (1997-to present); Member of governing bodies of National Nursing Association (Ordem dos Enfermeiros) (1998-2007); Deputy Nursing Director (2006-present); Member of Humanization Service of Centro Hospitalar de S. The Project (I) How were the focus groups constituted? - Four Portuguese Nurses that - Tree Head-Nurses; have been in Erasmus programme; - One Nursing Professor; - One Portuguese Nurse that is - One French Nurse that is working in Portugal; working in United Kingdom; - One Portuguese Nurse that is working in France; - One Canadian Nurse that is - One Portuguese Nurse that has been in Erasmus working in Portugal. Programme.
What did we develop? The Project (II) - An environment of sharing; - Exchange of experiences; - Discussion about several topics related to mobility; - Develop strategies to improve students and nurses mobility. In what has contributed for us? - Awareness of the value of the mobility; - Promoted our interest about mobility; - Mustered us with strategies for dealing with students/ nurses that are in mobility.
