SAP Browser Release Strategy SAP Vendor-Synchronized Policy Valid for Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari desktop versions SAP supports new browser versions at the same time as the browser vendor Exception: for Safari, SAP intends to support a new browser version within 3 months after vendor release date, as the release date is not known in advance SAP supports a browser version as long as it is supported by the vendor SAP proactively tests new browser versions and implements fixes in the last released SP ( minimum required SP ) of the respective SAP product release at the time of the browser release date. Additional corrections may have to be applied as a prerequisite for using the new browser version SAP publishes exceptions, restrictions and required support packs in the Product Availability Matrix. 8
