Represented D2, the driver of the car that the claimant was a passenger in. Decision on costs in the main claim. D2 s claim settled shortly thereafter. Piotr Dolny v Langdon Transport Limited & St Regis Paper Co Limited (2015) Represented lorry driver seriously injured when his lorry overturned. Neil Maxwell v AWG & Skanska (2012) Represented severely injured claimant who fell through manhole cover into a drain. Claim settled. Samuel Luel v Witcomb Contracts Limited (2012) Represented claimant with traumatic eye injury. Claim settled. S v CICA (2009) Eligibility successfully challenged and substantial award of quantum made.
