He joined Dickinson Cameron in 1993 as a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Hawaii. Soon after, he was promoted to Director of Hawaii Division at the company s offices in Honolulu, Hawaii. From 1991 to 1993, Ron managed retail construction projects for Conkey Companies, a large construction firm based in San Diego.
