2 2.0 Release The Cinsay 2.1 release provides a new set of features including the Smart Store Manager, a redesigned player, an additional payment gateway, and general updates for performance and support. Smart Store Manager The new Cinsay Smart Store Manager (SSM) enhances your experience in creating and maintaining your Smart Stores through a web available interface using any Internet browser. This application replaces the previous Cinsay Commerce Console for managing and using your Cinsay account. You will log into this application directly through www.cinsay.com. Ease of Navigation When opening the SSM, a Homepage displays with information about the main features, help topics, and a menu bar for access to all parts of the interface. You can use this page and the menu bar across the top to access features. All pages include a breadcrumb path of links to see what page/tab you are accessing and steps to trace back as needed. All content for selected pages is displayed in tabs, with clear names that link to and open further options across the top of each page. As you enter tabs and pages, the breadcrumb path updates. The SSM Homepage details all of the options available and help topics. Cinsay, Inc. 2.0 Release 5

Smart Store Management The Players page provides a clear set of tabs to create and review your new Smart Store. When you create a Player, you enter a set of tabs that allow you to upload files, write content, and configure your store end-to-end. We support MPEG4 and YouTube links for videos and a wide array of product types to define your business. Advanced options allow you to configure your player s display and customer s experience. As you create your Smart Store player, a Player Summary on the right displays every configured setting, added video and product, as well as the description, configured options, and Marketplace settings. After creating and updating your Smart Store, you can share and publish it to the Internet through the options known for Cinsay, including email, social networks, and embed codes to blogs and webpages. Click Add to Player for products and videos. They appear in your player on the right! As you add information, videos, products, and configurations, the Player Summary details everything in your current player with edit and remove options. 6 2.0 Release Cinsay, Inc.

The SSM provides a new interface for creating Product With Options for custom options for ecommerce products, such as tshirts. Simply add new variations of the product based on custom settings and save. Refined Account and Store Management Many features continue to be available through the new Smart Store Manager. You can review your player usage through the Stats page. Detailed charts, graphs, maps, and statistics are displayed in the analytic options per date range and selected player. You can use these analytics to best modify and market your players. Options for managing your Cinsay account, business information, shipping settings, merchant account, and Cinsay plans can be easily reviewed and managed directly through the Store and Account Settings pages. Cinsay, Inc. 2.0 Release 7

You can update your account, billing, merchant account, and plan through Account Settings. The Store Settings provides options and information for your business! 8 2.0 Release Cinsay, Inc.

Context Sensitive Help If you have questions while using the new interface, the Help button will load context sensitive topics for the specific page you are on. A Cinsay University link will open with concepts, instructions, screenshots with samples, and videos to help guide you through the process of creating your stores and selling with Cinsay technology. Have a question while using the SSM? Click Help! A Cinsay University page opens with information. Locale Support Cinsay also integrates locales for your SSM interface and player. You can select from a list of languages through the Locale menu located along the top right of the page. The entire interface displays in that locale. You can set an available locale as default for your player, displaying buttons and content in that language. You will need to still type in your business and product content in the language of your choosing. Cinsay, Inc. 2.0 Release 9

With just a click on the Locales menu, you can switch to different languages supported by Cinsay. Player Interface Enhancements The Cinsay Smart Store Player has been redesigned with a new look. All newly created players will display in this new design, with an option to use the classic view through the Smart Store Manager. This enhanced layout displays far more of your video with the products across the bottom, always available to preview, purchase, and complete. When browsing over a product, a small preview pops up with an image, details, price (if applicable), and a button to take action. Selecting products opens the overlays part of Cinsay trademarked applications for completing lead generation forms, purchasing products, donating to businesses, and linking out to websites. 10 2.0 Release Cinsay, Inc.

This new design can be shared to social networks, used through Facebook, sent via email, and embedded in websites and blogs. This new size does not require new poster images, product images, logos, or other image types displayed within the player. If you decide to change between the new design or opt for the classic design, you should update any embedded players with the updated code found on the Smart Store player s General page. The Embed Code will determine the displayed size and layout for your customers. The new player is 700 x 487 pixels for an emailed or embedded player. The video area remains 700 x 394 pixels. All text and proportions adaptively resize for smaller players. Cinsay, Inc. 2.0 Release 11

When you mouse over a product, a preview displays with an image, name, description, price (if applicable), and button to take action. Poster images, thank you images, and advanced flow images for forms and thank you pages display without covering your products. 12 2.0 Release Cinsay, Inc.

Shared Players on Facebook All players shared to Facebook will use the new player design, regardless of the setting you use between new and classic. This provides an inline player with products displayed below, and resized to fit the wall space well for friends and customers to enjoy. All players shared to Facebook display using the new player. New Payment Gateway Cinsay and 34 Solutions have entered a partnership to provide a new payment gateway and Merchant Account. You can apply for a Merchant Account through our call center, or use your current account if you are already affiliated with a 34 Solutions provider. These accounts can be added as a Merchant Account through the Smart Store Manager. Once added, your business can complete transactions using the selected Cinsay Merchant Account. If you currently have a merchant account with another financial institution, you can apply for a 34 Solutions gateway directly through our call center. We can take your information and walk you through the process quickly and easily. Once accepted, the new account information can be added to through the Cinsay Smart Store Manager. To apply, call 1-855-325-1298, and our representatives will help with your application process! Cinsay, Inc. 2.0 Release 13

You can enter the account settings through the Account Settings pages. MyCinsay Marketplace The MyCinsay Marketplace provides new designs for a better customer experience. We have added a footer with detailed contact information for Cinsay. As you load players, the new layout cleanly displays our new Smart Store player with comments and information displayed. Company information with a list of associated players is listed on the right, next to the Smart Store. You can select the View Merchant Profile to review further company information, which acts as a channel page for your company. As you search and view categories, the displayed page includes results on the right and a fully expandable set of categories on the left, including sub-categories. The more categories and subcategories you add in your SSM Marketplace settings, your player will display on those pages. If you are interested in having your Smart Stores featured on our landing page, or post advertisements, please contact our Customer Support group for further information and pricing. 14 2.0 Release Cinsay, Inc.
