1: Introduction RealPresence One is a comprehensive solution of the Polycom RealPresence Platform for video and content collaboration. RealPresence One offerings are sold by a license model under which a customer purchases the right to use RealPresence Platform software binaries, and obtain access to Support Services for a specified period of time (annual or multi-year). A User is an individual employee, consultant, contractor, agent or student who can be identified uniquely by one or more of the following: Name, username, email address etc. A user interacts with the software directly or indirectly. Total number of conference calls or Concurrent s allowed is not affected by number of User License purchased by an organization.
