Cherwell Service Management 5.0 Integrations List

The following list includes integrations that Cherwell Professional Services has implemented for various Cherwell customers. Access Manager I CRM Altiris I ITAM Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) I ITAM CSM integrates with Access Manager through LDAP authentication of users and by importing customer records into CSM. CSM integrates with Altiris so that inventory data (ex: CSM integrates with ADDM so that inventory data (ex: Configuration Item records) Avaya I Telephony CSM integrates with Avaya to provide additional telephony services, such as screen pop-ups of Customer Records and click-to-dial capability. Bomgar I UC and Collaboration CSM integrates with Bomgar so that CSM Users and Customers can launch remote support sessions directly from CSM to encourage real-time collaboration and fast resolution of IT issues. Session details (for example, chat conversation history) can then be stored in an applicable Business Object. Call Manager I Telephony CSM integrates with Call Manager to provide additional telephony services, such as screen pop-ups of Customer Records and click-to-dial capability. Casper Suite I ITAM CSM integrates with Casper Suite so that inventory data Chatter I UC and Collaboration CSM integrates with Chatter so that Chatter news feeds can be displayed on a CSM Dashboard. Cherwell Discovery and Inventory (CDI) I ITAM CSM integrates with CDI so that inventory data (ex: workstations, installed programs/software, disks, etc.) can be shared with and used within the CSM CMDB (as Configuration Item records).

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) I Network Fault and CSM integrates with CMMS so that CMMS network curl I N/A CSM is able to integrate with products that cannot call a web service by having those products use the curl tool. Dynamics CRM I CRM CSM integrates with Dynamics CRM so that Dynamics CRM customer data can be shared with and used within CSM (ex: Populates a Customer Record). Dynamics GP I CRM CSM integrates with Dynamics GP so that Dynamics GP customer data can be shared with and used within CSM (ex: Populates a Customer Record). edirectory I CRM CSM integrates with edirectory through LDAP authentication of users and by importing Customer Records into CSM. edocs I UC and Collaboration CSM integrates with edocs by linking to files in an ed- OCS repository so that the files can be retrieved. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) I N/A Footprints I ITAM CSM integrates with ERP so that Oracle ERP customer data can be shared with and used within CSM (ex: Populates a Customer Record). CSM integrates with Footprints so that inventory data Icetrak I Network Fault and CSM integrates with Icetrak so that Icetrak network Intelligent Notfication UC and Collaboration CSM integrates with Intelligent Notification so that alert notifications can be sent to predefined groups that will then respond back to CSM with acknowledgement of the alert.

JIRA I Network Fault and CSM integrates with JIRA by linking Business Object in CSM to issues in JIRA. KACE I ITAM CSM integrates with KACE so that inventory data (ex: KnowledgeBrokers (KBI) UC and Collaboration CSM integrates with KBI so that KBI Knowledge Articles can be imported into and accessed from within CSM. Lansweeper I ITAM CSM integrates with Lansweeper so that inventory data Lawson I CRM CSM integrates with Lawson so that Lawson customer data can be shared with and used within CSM (ex: Populates a Customer Record). Lync I UC and Collaboration CSM integrates with Lync so that Users can initiate Lync conversations with Customers, employees, or teams in their Lync network directly from a CSM record.
