The Challenge EMC asked us to develop a global employer brand, as groundbreaking as their interactive recruitment platform. It needed to reflect their position at the leading edge of Big Data, Cloud Computing and IT security. It needed to communicate how EMC is impacting the world. And it needed to resonate with everyone from students and salespeople, to MBAs and skilled technologists.
The Solution The strapline we developed Lead me to EMC complemented their new corporate position, and spurred their audience to find out more through EMC s website, North America US$93.6 billion Latin America US$1.6 billion Asia-Pacific US$23.2 billion From there, we created a full suite of creative work. It was designed to tell EMC s story how their technology was having a major effect on medical advancements, historical record keeping, and scientific research. Through case studies, we showed the world how EMC s success was helping the world to evolve. Everything in the toolkit gave credence to EMC s overall message this is an organization built on insight. The Results The campaign generated 65,000 student responses, and 700,000 unique global enquiries on EMC Me. They re impressive numbers but the campaign did much more than generate quality responses. It also changed the way recruiters spoke about EMC, and sparked a noticeable improvement in how well candidates understood EMC and its objectives.
