Sanchez Commercial & Security Services A Security Officer Contractor Sanchez Commercial and Security Services, LLC. 1169 N. Burleson Blvd. Ste. 107, Box 262 Burleson, TX 76028 Rick Sanchez, President Mission Statement: SCSS is focused on providing consistent, quality services customized to each client and their needs, while never losing sight of the integral role of our associates. We want to be instrumental in the success of our clients. Our goal is to become a trusted ally in that success, operating with the loyalty of a business partner. In order to realize this goal, we are committed to listening to both our clients and our associates and building on their ideas, as well as our experience, to create a better company. *Certified as a Minority Owned Enterprise by the DFW Minority Business Council* NAICS Code: 561612 Expiration Date / Certification #: 11/31/2009 / HIM-08800

Introduction and Company History Sanchez Commercial and Security Services, founded on the roots of a well-established multi-services company, is committed to job quality, customer satisfaction, and associate growth. We have an inherent management style that has garnered the business of high profile clients such as Guardian Industries and Kohl s Distribution Center in Corsicana, Nucor Steel- Vulcraft in Grapeland, and Nucor-Yamato Steel, Inc. in Blytheville, AR. Our organization provides a service that far exceeds expectations. We base our reputation for professionalism on our sound management, leadership, and concern for our associates. Associates are made a part of our decisions and their suggestions are not only appreciated, but are treated with respect. We adhere to a team attitude, not only within our organization, but also between our associates and our clients. All of our resources are directed toward satisfying the customer and providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service. This fundamental goal has played a major role in satisfying our clients. Our organization successfully manages contracts in North and East Texas. SCSS began operations by acquiring existing business/contracts from a successful and well-regarded security company. These acquisitions were solely based on the reputation of our existing management personnel and their relationship with our clients.

Supervisors and Managers Site Supervision SCSS encourages the utilization of a contract Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor is selected and trained to handle any problems, situations, or tasks that are presented. Once experienced, this individual will have the authority to make decisions in all areas of operations, administration, and personnel. Through the use of the Site Supervisor, SCSS has been able to effectively manage and service all client needs with little or no reactionary time. The Site Supervisor also acts as a direct liaison between SCSS and the client and allows our company to manage contracts that normally would be impossible or too distant for other regional companies. Site Supervisors are in constant contact with Area Managers and the Corporate Office. They are also involved in continual training with respects to management and organizational skills and frequently attend training seminars given either by our company or national training corporations. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for daily and quarterly evaluations of his team members, keeping a high degree of competency in our associates. This attention to the individual associate gives us our low percentage of turnover and a more satisfied, competent employee. SCSS Management Management is just a phone call away. During our conversations with potential clients, one concern seems to surface often the fact that our business is located in several different counties. Will we be capable of handling your contract in an efficient, timely manner? The answer is a definite YES. We manage contracts in 6 counties with superior results and customer satisfaction. SCSS management consists of: Rick Sanchez, President Chris Doporto, Area Mgr East Texas SCSS management maintains an open-door policy. Any concern that the client may have is made an immediate priority, and problems will be addressed within 24 hours. We are diligent in communicating with our clients regarding situations affecting their site.

Personnel and Recruiting SCSS understands that client satisfaction is key to the success of our business, and that the associates are key in making the customer happy. Therefore, we devote a great deal of time, money, and effort in recruiting the right personnel and ensuring that our practices are modern and up to date. We seldom rely on just one interview, or one person s opinion in the recruiting process. We are consistent in making sure each candidate has a realistic job preview. SCSS managers routinely attend human resources seminars and seek the advice of consultants in order to stay current on hiring laws and policies. The end result helps keep the client protected and provides the associate with a better working environment. Special care will be exercised to ensure quality and stability. Our intention is to provide each customer with a team that is stable and self-sufficient. The following qualities will be stressed: Maturity & Mental Alertness Dependability & Ability to Work With Others Ability to Effectively Communicate and Understand Policies Physical Fitness Appearance and Personal Protection Equipment We continually strive for the very best appearance from our associates. A professional dress code and appearance are stressed in our initial training and remain a part of our performance evaluations. Protective equipment and clothing required of the security officers will be provided according to the client s requirements and contractual agreement. Security officers are required to maintain a high standard of personal appearance. They must report to work well groomed and in clean clothing. All officers will wear the designated security uniform unless otherwise directed by the client. Safety equipment or clothing required by the client on their property is required AT ALL TIMES.

Benefits & Incentives and Employee Recognition The following benefits are standard within our company. Additional benefits will be considered if the client requests them.
