Applying for Admission APPLICATION ESTABLISHED Completed admission 1919 files are reviewed by the Admissions department and applicants will be notified of admission decisions on a rolling basis. A completed application file consists of the following: q Kentucky Christian University Application for Admission & Scholarship. If you prefer, you may complete the Kentucky Christian University Application for Admission online at www.kcu.edu/admissions/online-admissions-instructions. q Official high school transcript. Please arrange to have a copy sent to the Admissions Office. q ACT or SAT test scores. Please have your scores sent to KCU if they are not included on your high school transcript. KCU s test codes are: ACT-1523; SAT-1377. q Two-Three References. KCU s reference forms are inserted in this application packet. Please have your completed forms mailed to the Kentucky Christian University Admissions Office. Make copies as needed. q Official academic transcripts from all colleges attended (for transfer students). q $30 Application Fee Applying for Financial Aid You will automatically be considered for scholarships and other non-need based forms of assistance as a benefit of completing and submitting your Application for Admission. Additional forms for Legacy awards and Covenant Church scholarships may be required. We encourage all families to apply for need-based financial aid. To apply, you should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), online at www.fafsa.ed.gov by March 1 (January 15 for Kentucky Residents). Personal Statement Your Personal Statement helps us become better acquainted with you as a person and as a student.
