Asynchronous digital subscriber line 2 next generation of service Provisioned over conditioned copper, with fiber from the central office to cloud Allows for a longer range from business location to central office Initially, all orders will be provisioned as Dry Loop. In 4Q12, customers will have the option to select Dry Loop or choose a TN to use at the site (Line share). What is vdsl? Very high bit rate digital subscriber line service Delivered either FFTN (fiber to the node) or FTTP (fiber to the prem no copper) Orders will be provisioned as Line Share if there is active POTS at the site. Enterprise Support DSL Dedicated Customer Care Available 24x7 via 1 877 XDSL ATT Ordering Bulk ordering multiple orders via a spreadsheet. Provisioning Escalation list with contact numbers provided to customers Provisioning Implementation Managers (PIMs) assigned to accounts placing at least 50 DSL orders in a three month time. PIMs work directly with clients, account teams pre test and turn up. Generates spreadsheet indicating the status of all circuits in the provisioning process. Available for conference calls if the customer and account team are interested. Billing A consolidated invoice is sent out on the 25th of each month. 18
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Limited Guarantees 30 Calendar Day Installation Interval Customers are eligible for a credit of one month s worth of the Monthly ecurring Charges for each DSL line if the installation interval is greater than thirty (30) calendar days. This is subject to the On Time Provisioning SLA found in the Service Guide. Service Availability One-hour outage in any day entitles a customer to one day s worth (1/30th) of credit off their Monthly ecurring Charges IP Backbone Delay and Packet Loss If AT&T IP backbone performance fails to meet the monthly targets, customers are eligible for one day of credit off of their Monthly ecurring Charges Backbone Delay (Latency): no more than 37 Millisecond oundtrip Latency Backbone Loss (Packet Loss): Data Delivery will be no less than 99.95% (IP Backbone Packet Loss atio will be no greater than 00.05%).
