Ipshita Ray, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Marketing and recipient of the 2002 Outstanding Professor of the Year Award, the International Communication Association Excellence in Teaching Award (1998), and the UN-Sponsored National Championship in Public Speaking (India, 1993). I don t really use textbooks; a lot of what I teach comes from recent research accounting scandals, the financial crisis I focus more on reality. Master of Business Administration (MBA) Curriculum The Breadth Elective Requirement MBA students are required to take six credits in advanced level coursework outside of their career concentration (major), but within the Lubin School. These courses should be taken only if the appropriate prerequisites are completed. These courses enable students to explore related interests and provide breadth to the MBA program.
