We are fully independent and can therefore select from the whole market which investments will produce the best returns for clients, utilising the expertise of specialists and regulated Investment Managers, along with a robust due diligence process, to ensure that strong annual returns and maximum growth is achieved and maintained. In order to maximize returns, we invest in many different vehicles, including funds, financial instruments, joint ventures and private equity projects. Each asset class is legally segregated, meaning that if one sector should struggle this does not affect any other. Portfolio Composition Our fundamental belief is that no investor should expose themselves by having all of their eggs in one basket, whether purely focusing on the stock-market, property, or any other sector. As such we spread an investor s funds among four distinct Cells, each focusing on one specific asset class: The allocation between these cells is adjusted according to the investor s attitude to risk, the market conditions for optimum return, and ensuring that there is always liquidity within the portfolio. Blackmore Property Blackmore Sustainable The cell will seek to accomplish its investment objective through investment in commercial, residential property and land. The cell will invest in existing buildings/projects, land and development sites. The cell will target niche strategies including governmentbacked housing projects. The cell investment will be for medium to long term with strong consideration to secure, robust inflation linked returns. The cell will target investments offering annual dividends to re-invest and add to capital growth on exit. Many projects will provide annual returns for investors adding to the liquidity of the cell. The cell s objective is to invest in assets and funds, focusing on low-medium risk, high yielding property and land in the UK and Europe, while over the long term also generating strong levels of capital growth. The cell will seek to accomplish its company s investment objective through investing in green investment opportunities. The cell has identified investment funds, companies and projects for medium to long term closed ended investment. The cell has identified investment funds that de-risk long term closed ended investment in all types of renewable energy with target areas in waste to energy projects.the cell will look at funds and companies and also project owners investing globally in renewable energy including; biomass, solar, wind and hydro power and waste to energy projects. The Directors target area is Canada and Europe with selected investments already established in these locations with the required licensing in place. The cell investment will initially target these lower risk locations such as Canada and Europe offering stable political conditions and scalability. Blackmore Global 11
Blackmore Private Equity Blackmore Lifestyle The cell will seek to accomplish its investment objective through investment in companies and investment funds for medium to long term investment. The cell will target returns paying high capital growth on exit along with opportunities which offer annual returns. The cell will seek to accomplish its investment objective by investing in areas where the Directors have identified the rapidly increasing amount of public spending in leisure activities, which therefore has created a number of unique high growth investment opportunities. The cell has identified companies/sectors that show great potential to achieve returns for investors, including areas such as technology, medical science and intellectual property and other emerging high growth markets. The cell has chosen investments which will focus on areas in private equity to include the enhancement, repair and financial injection into businesses offering great potential for uplift to create strong returns. The key target areas include venture capital, growth capital and leveraged buyout. Key sectors within which there is most opportunity are areas such as gaming, spread betting companies, sports events and construction of facilities, travel solutions, fine wine investment, art and antiques. The cell will adopt a speculative medium to high risk approach investing in this sector for medium to long term to achieve maximum potential on returns and capital growth from the investment opportunities. Blackmore Multi-Asset If an investor wishes to invest using an offshore investment bond, then their entire investment will be within the Blackmore Multi-Asset Cell. This incorporates assets and investments from all of the other cells, making it a single diversified entity.
