Winter/Spring 2008-2009-Interviewee in "Framing the Immigration Debate", Boulder Magazine Interviewee, documentary film entitled Swift Justice produced by Denver-based non-profit film company Little Voice, about the December 12, 2006 Immigration & Customs Enforcement raid of the Swift meat-processing plant in Greeley, Colorado, in connection with which Ms. Fiflis was hired by United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 7 to represent all union members arrested in the raid. Ms. Fiflis represented in excess of 120 persons arrested in the raid and organized and directed a supporting legal team. Panelist on Law & Justice, continuing to air since 2007 on Boulder County Cable Channel 8, discussing topics in immigration. Law & Justice is a joint public education program production of the boulder County Bar Association and Channel 8 Television. The program is designed to help non-lawyers understand what happens in particular areas of law.
