The firm offers a full range of services to municipal clients as well as serving as special counsel for certain projects. I work with the firm on a contractual basis on issues such as: ADA accommodation requests, planning and zoning appeals, powers, duties and liability of local government agencies, and taxation authority of local governments. The firm offers a full range of services to municipal clients as well as serving as special counsel for certain projects. Specific experience is summarized below: Town attorney and assistant city and/or town attorney to Colorado municipalities including: Platteville, Nunn, Timnath, Silverthorne, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Frisco, Nederland, Montezuma and Idaho Springs. Provided day-to-day legal counseling to public officials and staff on topics such as public records, open meetings, elections and municipal tax, including advice concerning new and evolving laws and their impact on local government.
