185 Appendix > Information to shareholders and investors Information to shareholders and investors The Annual Report of Bankinter S.A. is presented at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and is available to all the Company s shareholders. The information contained in it covers the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 unless otherwise specified. The previous Statutory Report, for 2013, was published on 19 February 2014. This document, coordinated by the Bank's External Communication area, has been prepared using information obtained from the different areas of the Bank by means of interviews, questionnaires addressed to the heads of the areas concerned or requests for the required information. The information relating to sustainability in the Integrated Annual Report for 2014 was prepared in accordance with version G4 of the Global Reporting Initiative guidelines and all its principles. This information has been verified externally by the independent firm Deloitte, which also audits the financial statements. As well as the Annual Report, the Bank also publishes consolidated quarterly results in January, April, July and October. Both reports are available on Bankinter's corporate website.
