Project Development Consultants Ltd is a UK-based consultancy offering internet solutions and management services. PDC provides internet, intranet, and extranet design, search-engine promotion, content management and e-commerce as well as providing hosting and email solutions. We also provide project administration and general management consultancy. This can range from web site maintenance, to organising diaries and meetings, publishing minutes and procedures, and also liaising with people at a senior level. PDC s customers range from major blue-chip multi-nationals, through Europe-wide organisations, to regional small and medium-sized companies. We specialise in the engineering and vehicle sectors, and most of us have a background in the automotive industry. Paul Bromby Lynne Lycett Gareth Bromby Founder and Managing Director of PDC, Paul s background is in applying IT in the automotive, research and engineering industries. Paul applies his knowledge and experience to understand and assess customer needs and plan new projects. Joint founder and Operations Director for PDC, Lynne is a real people person, and she is the manager of PDC s long-term projects for national and international customers. Gareth joined PDC in 2000, and is our Design Director. Gareth leads our design, development and search engine optimisation activities, and is expert in social media. Lorna Courts James Harris Wayne Saunders Lorna is responsible for administrative, secretarial and web content management services to clients, as well as being PDC s Company Secretary. With an eye for detail, Lorna is our financial wizard. James is a specialist Webmaster, and also manages PDC s online database systems, web hosting servers and in-house IT systems. He is our expert in systems, content management and database implementation. Wayne is our design specialist. He can convey creative designs in web, print and social media. Wayne has particular experience in deploying Flash, CSS and advanced media content management tools. 3

Our Associates Different Voice Different Voice is a specialist design house based in Scotland. The company specialises in printed media, web design and corporate rebranding. Different Voice uses PDC internet solutions to deliver highly complex web development work and to deploy advanced content mangement software. StatSoft StatSoft Ltd. is the UK and Ireland branch of StatSoft Inc., based in Tulsa, USA, one of the world s largest producers of IT solutions for extracting useful knowledge from data. PDC has become an associates of StatSoft after delivering the CEC Test Monitoring System, which uses StatSoft s statistical analysis software to produce the users results. Claret Claret specialises in marketing and business development. Claret provides marketing consultancy to PDC to help us publicise ourselves to the world. PDC offers Claret s services to its own clients to help them achieve the best results as well as help them establish themselves as a successful business. C Designs C Designs is run by Caroline Massingham BA. Caroline specialises in creative media and design as well as delivering printed media and illustrations. Caroline is one of PDC s longest running associates. Dr Ronnie Davies Ronnie provides technical consultation and support for our web servers. Ronnie has been an associate of PDC for 10 years and has helped keep server downtime to a minimum. 4 PDC internet solutions works with some highly regarded companies and individuals to deliver more to clients and to offer them an unbeatable service. CEC - www.cectests.org www.cectests.org manages test method development, distribution and control for automotive fuel and lubricants for organisations across Europe. A very powerful extranet, with multiple working groups; distribution of test methods; development of standards, reference information and also statistical data relating to reference fluids test results from generated charts. Europa Services - www.europa-services.co.uk Europa Services is one of the UK s largest, independently owned facilities management companies. PDC deployed the design from our associate, Different Voice, to create a fully managed web site that enables Europa s administrators to update the company s content in a controled and flexible way. Cenex - www.cenex.co.uk Cenex is a delivery agency established with support from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills in order to promote UK market development and competitiveness in low carbon and fuel cell technologies for transport applications. This fully managed website enables Cenex s administration team to take full control of their web site in an easy and flexible way. The web site was also designed to WAI AA standards to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act and make their web site accessible to all their clientele. 13

CEC TMA - www.cec-tma.net www.cec-tma.net is an online system that has been adopted for monitoring all non-erc database CEC tests. The system was developed to make it easy to capture and analyse real-time reference test data and is key to maintaining test quality. Badana - www.badana.eu Badana is a sub-site for Rapra Technologies research project which looks into developing a process to extract high-quality natural fibre from banana plant waste in order to exploit the fibres properties in polymer composites to be used in rotational- and injection-moulded products. The Badana site was produced using a CMS system that allows for the client to take control of their site and modify the content how and when they please. Transport Knowledge Transfer Network PDC has been heavily involved in knowledge transfer networks which are government sponsored web sites for the transfer of technology and knowhow in particular subject areas. The Intelligent Transport Systems KTN and Low Carbon KTN became part of the newly-formed Transport KTN. The transition involved jointly creating a new expanded website on the new collaborative site provided by the Technology Strategy Board. KGP - www.kgpauto.com Knibb Gormezano & Partners, international automotive management and technology consultants. KGP required a new online corporate presence and using their corporate colours we produced a clean design allowing users to easily navigate around the site. 14

Innovits - www.innovits.co.uk Innovits is the UK s ITS Centre of Excellence. This web site allows for Innovits to update news and events as well as a collaboration area for projects that the company is undertaking. PDC has also developed several project subsites for Innovits, one of which is developed with blogging capabilities. The Lingerie Company (TLC) - www.lingerie-company.co.uk The Lingerie Company (TLC) is owned and run by Johnsons. Johnsons Lingerie is an award winning specialist shop with over 60 years of experience in the lingerie business. The shop has received the accolade of Lingerie Retailer of the Year and the website was voted in the top 5 on-line lingerie retailers by The Daily Mail. Elite Interiors - www.elite-interiors.co.uk Elite Office Furniture has successfully provided high quality, reliable and competitively priced office furniture both locally and nationally for over 18 years. PDC created a brand new e-commerce website to expand their business on to the online market place and reach a wider audience. Ore Inspired - www.ore-inspired.co.uk Ore Inspired specialises in gold and silver jewellery, fossils, minerals and crystals, stone sifts, rare and beautiful gemstones and other unusual gifts. This local business wanted to expand their market influence out-side the boundaries of Warwickshire and offer their unique products to a larger demographic. PDC created a brand new website and e-commerce system that allowed them to do so. 15
