My responsibilities included family assessments, supportive psychotherapy, discharge planning, and follow-up services. 1975 to 1994 Clinical Social Worker I had always maintained a part time counseling practice treating adults with a variety of problems using individual, group and family therapy modalities. As a result of community demand and national awareness, I developed an incest treatment program. The program was innovative for its time. As the director of a statewide adoption program my responsibilities included supervision of case work activities; administration of federally subsidized special needs adoption program; representation of the program on local, state and national levels; and staff supervision.
