Course of Action 1 global dimensions although 100% of the International Business majors scored above the national average, only 52% of the total students met the target. A new requirement to the core (International Business) was introduced to start with students beginning in the 2013-14 school year. The performance will continue to be monitored for the following years. 2. Course of Action 2 develop servant leadership this core outcome was introduced during the 2013-14 school year. Management curricula have been adapted to include this concept in the coursework. In addition, the SBA has created several opportunities for student and faculty to perform volunteer activities 3.
