3.6.1 Automatic Incident Detection 3.6.1.1 Stopped Vehicle Detection A special adaptive algorithm detects in free programmable camera fields static objects. The software allows a free configuration of detection time and object size. The software overlay s the detection objects and their information in the live stream video for fast and easy operation. Additional all data are collected in a SQL database for later analyzing. 3.6.1.2 Pedestrian Detection The moving object detection module is used to detect pedestrian in the free programmable detection fields. The software shows on the screen the moving vector and event time for a better understanding of the whole situation.

3.6.1.3 Lost Object Detection The static object detection engine is used to detect different unwanted objects in selected camera fields. The algorithm can be configured with different object sizes to come out only with objects of minimum or maximum size. The information overlay includes all information of the object event and gives the operator the possibility to acknowledge the alarm. 3.6.1.4 Wrong-Way Driver Detection The moving object engine for wrong-way driver detection can be used with different parameters like size filter and moving speed. Additional all detected data will be stored and shown as moving vector to operator. The operator has the possibility to acknowledge the situation or can use some different zooming functions to get more information of the whole scenery.
