BCM Coordinator Responsible Main point of contact for the Department or Agency s business continuity program at Head Office or a Regional Zone. Manages the Business Continuity Program Lifecycle. Assists the internal Business Continuity Teams in obtaining necessary information and resources to support the implementation of the business continuity program. Keeps the Executive Sponsor informed about business continuity activities. Support s the Department s INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM when Business Continuity is invoked. Department of Internal Services Consulted Informed Provides training to BCM Coordinators. Supports BCM Coordinators in completing BCM Program tasks through individual sessions or workshops. Supports BCM Coordinators when business continuity is invoked in a Department. Will lead the business continuity incident response upon request. 3
