About the Division Information Technology Division Structure The Information Technology Division consists of four service areas: Infrastructure Services, Learning Services, Business Services, and Support Services. Infrastructure Services encompasses the critical systems that provide a foundation for all technology efforts throughout the district. This includes data backups, storage, telecommunications and desktop engineering, providing robust stability for readiness and recovery. Learning Services works directly with school teams to leverage technology integration and provide scalable technology solutions and support for individual schools. Business Services creates and delivers innovative solutions through software development and maintenance, as well as engineering multisystem integrations and software quality control. Information Technology Division Infrastructure Services Learning Services Business Services Support Services provides direct user interaction with district stakeholders via numerous support channels (phone, in-person, webbased ticketing, remote desktop, email). All operations reliant upon technology are supported by software and desktop support techs. Support Services
