An education here costs about half as much as most private institutions. We also understand that many students need financial assistance. If you qualify, we have access to financial aid through state and federal grants, loans and work-study programs. Our financial aid office will help you navigate the financial aid application process. average yearly costs* Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Saint Paul College $5,198 Two-Year State Colleges $5,375 Four-Year State Universities $7,626 This is far less than other public and private colleges and universities, where costs can range from about $11,400 to $47,000 per year. *Tuition figures are based on 15 credits per semester, a full-time credit load.
