If you need to insert or swipe your card into the merchant terminal select the Credit option followed by your PIN.
Why one card with two benefits? eziway has designed an easier more convenient card with multiple benefits. All transactions will still confirm whether funds can be taken from your Meals Entertainment benefit based on the type of merchant that you are transacting at, however if the merchant type is not suitable to be charged to or zero funds are available on your Meals Entertainment benefit/s, your Everyday Purchase benefit will be used. Example Ann is paying for a meal that she and her husband enjoyed at their local restaurant. The total of the bill is $125. The current balances of each of Ann s benefits are: Meals & Entertainment Benefit Balance: $55 Living Expense Benefit Balance: $2000 Restaurants satisfy the Meals Entertainment test as specified by the Australian Tax Office. Meals Entertainment Benefit: ($55) leaving a remaining balance of $0 Living Expense Benefit: ($70) leaving a remaining balance of $1930
Can I change the PIN on my Card? No, the PIN cannot be changed, however, if you forget your pin you do have the ability to retrieve your PIN. Please refer to your PDS for further details. What do I do if I cannot remember my pin? If you are unable to remember your PIN you have the ability to retrieve your PIN. Please refer to your PDS or go to the eziway website and login via your employee access. Please note, you will need a valid email address to complete this process. Can I set up regular / recurring payments? No, proxy cards do not support recurring payments. Can I get cash at POS or ATM? No, Cash withdrawals are not available. Please also note that balance enquiries at ATM are not supported. Can I transfer money to my bank account? No, because this is also classified as a cash withdrawal from your funding source, these transactions are not permitted.
Can I pay a bill using BPay? In complying with Australian Tax Office requirements, transactions made via BPAY are not permitted. However, you can use the "pay by credit card" instructions provided on the bill using your card. Can I add additional funding sources to my card? No, this functionality is not yet available. Lost / stolen card? Logon to eziway and go to eziway card services/replace Lost Stolen Card. Cancel card? Contact eziway if you wish to cancel a card. How are discounts applied? The amount debited from your benefit will be the purchase amount minus any rebates applicable. The receipt that you receive from the merchant will be for the full purchase amount (i.e. the receipt will not include any rebate that you have received). Please refer to your mobile app for a transaction summary showing the rebate.
How to locate merchants? You can search for merchants within you mobile app either by name or by location. The rebates offered may change in real-time. If you are transacting at a participating merchant, any applicable rebate will be automatically applied to your transaction. eziway Paywith app for transactions summary? Your transaction summary with the eziway Paywith app will show you how each transaction was funded from each of your benefits. For example, the transaction summary will show you the discount applied and the amount charged to each benefit. What Fees are charged? An issuance fee will be charged for each card ordered. A monthly fee will be charged to each benefit in pre-tax dollars which will be collected according to your pay cycle in pre-tax dollars. Secondary cards will also be charged a monthly fee. Do I need to do a 100 point identity check? There is no need to do a 100 point check at the bank unless your balance exceeds $5000 and or you are asked to by Heritage bank. Is there a transaction limit per day? Yes there is a $5,000 transaction limit per day.
