THE MBA program 900cases 19 months 90 case method % RECRUITING IESE TALENT IESE s Full-Time MBA attracts 280 outstanding managers of over 50 nationalities. Students come to the program with a successful professional track record and spend 19 months further developing the knowledge and competencies required to address the challenges companies are facing today. The program utilizes the case method as its primary teaching tool. With a general management perspective in mind, by the end of the MBA, students have analyzed over 750 real-life situations. This, together with the program s focus on individual growth, ensures the development of leaders who not only make effective decisions, but also put human and ethical values at the heart of their decision-making framework. Designed with a view to providing a global character and scope, the program includes an exchange program with top business schools around the world and overseas modules in Sao Paulo, New York City, Nairobi, Singapore and Shanghai. CORPORATE INTERNSHIP 85 Corporate % 10 Entrepreneurial % 5 Social % Companies are able to benefit from the talent of a current MBA student or test candidates for full-time positions through IESE s Corporate Internship program. MBA students can lend support and expertise to enterprises by applying their previous work experience, along with the skills and knowledge developed during the first year of the MBA program. For example, they often help companies execute projects that permanent staff members may not have time to undertake. The corporate internship is an integral part of IESE s MBA experience and takes place between the first and second years of the program. The project is carried out for a maximum of 11 weeks over the summer (the average is 9 weeks), starting in mid-june. Corporate internship salaries vary according to the work experience of the student involved and the type and duration of the project. MBA Career Services 13
