Therefore, all schools that teach NASP as part of the in-school curriculum can compete in this tournament. This tournament is for schools that are certified and participate in Ohio s National Archery in the Schools Program only. Program certification will be verified through Division of Wildlife files. 2. Teams or individuals will register in either the Elementary (4-5 th grade), Middle (6-8 th grade), or High School (9-12 th grade) Division. A student in a lower grade may shoot for a team in his or her school that is in a higher Division but not the reverse. 3. Team members must come from a single school, not multiple schools. 4. The team size for the 2014 State Tournament will be the National standard of 16-24 archers per team. 5. Team competition will be among schools with 16-24 archers. At least 5 members must be of an opposite gender. The individual competition will include all registered students.

Scoring General Information: Due to the sensitivity of the scanner scoring cards we suggest your students practice with the sample cards during your practices. A link to a sample card is on our web site www.ohionasp.com. We would like for every coach to provide scoring seminars to students before the tournament. This should prevent some of the stray marks on the sensitive fields on the card and expedite our tallying time. Stray marks, bends, or folds may result in the scanners rejecting scoring cards.

Unless otherwise necessary, Elementary Students will score their own arrows (with lane judge assistance). 3. Arrows touching or cutting a scoring ring line will be given the higher score. 4.
