1 General In the following sections you find a short summary of the main features in the TICONTRACT TENDERING module. 2 Login This is the login mask. You enter your username and password to enter into the platform: In case you loose your login details, you can use the Forgot password? form to contact our carrier support team in order to generate new login details for you. In case you wish to change the language, you can do so with the button in the right corner: 3 Menu bar On the top you find the menu bar which helps you to switch between the different sections of the platform: Seite 3 / 10

4 My profile Here you can update your personal data: When you click on my profile, you can change the language, contact details and also the e-mail signature. Here you can also change the password. Each time you leave the platform, you should use the log off function. This is also located here. Seite 4 / 10

5 Editing a tender When you are invited by a shipper to a tender, you find the RFQ in your list of invitations. You have several options to search for tenders and to customize the list. You select the tender deadline and you can then narrow the list down according to the stars, status, ID, name or customer. When you search for the time frame, please be aware that the maximum number of days to search for is 90. Moreover, each tender you can rank with stars: the more stars, the more interesting this RFQ is for you. With this you manage and prioritize your invitations. Also, the shipper gets feedback and will be able to judge for which of the tenders you would be an interesting supplier to invite. When you only send 1 star, this means that you are not interested and therefore no more notifications are being sent to you. Now, you also have the option to see the tenders of the shippers which you have blocked. For this, please tick the box blocked and the tenders from these shippers will be included in your list: Seite 5 / 10

The tender itself is structured into two sections: details and offer submission The section details contains the information shared by the shipper, such as the service description, attachments, questions etc. By clicking on offer submission you get the price matrices where you can edit your offer. You have several options again to filter inside the matrices and to switch between the matrices. For example you can filter for your offer without displaying the quantity: Of course, you can also work on the tender in excel. 6 Editing a preselection / RFI Here you have a list of all the RFIs your account is or was invited to. As in the RFQ sections, you also select the time frame to adjust the list of results. When you click on a preselection, you will find all the data and the questionnaire (if available). You can complete the questionnaire online or in excel. When you are finished, you can send your response to the shipper by clicking on send. Seite 7 / 10

7 Settings This section contains all features that concern the basic settings of your account. Here is an overview of the different sections: In order to be invited to interesting tenders, you should provide as much information about your company and its activities as possible: When you insert data in one category, another might appear based on your entries, e.g. transport fleet: Seite 8 / 10

8 Information center This is not a separate section. You can click on it to make it visible in every section you are in. Here you find important messages regarding the platform, the comparison of your account status with the platform average as well as statistics. Seite 9 / 10
