MINORITY ADMINISTRATIVE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM Mercy Health (MH) two-year Minority Administrative Fellowship Program affords recent MHA, MBA and MPH graduates the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and translate theory into practice. Fellows complete department rotations and manage projects designed to gain in depth knowledge of all aspects of hospital administration. In addition to the rotations and projects, MH Fellows are exposed to a comprehensive group of key experiences including mentoring relationships, networking, leadership development and training, succession planning, cohort activities and symposiums. In collaboration with their preceptor, Fellows tailor an experience that meets their personal and professional career goals. The fellowship program also aids the fellows in securing leadership positions with MH upon completion of the program.
