The service is designed to work in partnership with the overall wealth management proposition provided by you, freeing up time and removing the need for the client or you to make investment decisions. As discretionary managers, we build and manage client portfolios to a mandate agreed between the client and you, taking into account a client s risk profile and investment objective. We offer a fully managed, risk-based investment service, combining extensive research, with our innovative 4-Dimensional investment and risk monitoring process. Rowan Dartington Signature offer three investment propositions to match clients needs, a Collective Portfolio Service (collectives-only, minimum investment dependent on platform, 20,000 using our nominee), a Hybrid Portfolio Service (collectives and direct equities, starting from 50,000) and a Bespoke Portfolio Service (starting from 100,000). The Hybrid and Bespoke services use direct equities. These services are available through a range of tax wrappers including ISAs, pensions, SIPPs, SSAS, offshore bonds and trusts. Discretionary management provides the flexibility to react quickly to fast moving markets and changing economic circumstances, with investment decisions made without referring to the client, or you, before every transaction. It offers the benefits of professional discretionary management through a cost-effective platform, providing exposure to diverse regions and asset classes, through 5 risk profiled portfolio frameworks. Our experienced investment team manages each portfolio in line with the ever-changing market conditions, so you can be confident that the chosen portfolio is always working to meet your client s desired financial goal. Each portfolio follows a risk graded asset allocation approach and is designed to align to leading client risk profile questionnaires. Minimum investment varies depending on the platform used, with a minimum 20,000 investment when using our direct service. We regard the portfolios created for your clients as completely individual. We can manage client portfolios to ensure full utilisation of annual CGT and ISA allowances. In addition to our nominee and ISA service, we have developed working partnerships with over 30 product and wrap providers offering a comprehensive range of tax structures, giving you the flexibility to choose the most appropriate solution for your client. This can include: Individual Savings Account (ISA) Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) Small Self-Administered (Pension) Scheme (SSAS) Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROP) Individual Trusts Charity Account Open Architecture Investment Bond Account If appropriate, the Capital Gains Tax (CGT) position of your client s portfolio is managed to ensure full utilisation of annual CGT allowances.
