Ann-Charlotte TEGLBORG Department: Entrepreneurship and Innovation Biography Ann-Charlotte TEGLBORG hold her Ph.D. in December 2010 at Paris I- Sorbonne (IAE). Her research interest focuses on democratization of innovation and how alternative approaches to traditional R&D innovation have been developed during the last decades. Using qualitative methodology, her research interests focus on : -Innovative work environment and the relationship between learning and innovation, -Employee driven innovation & Intrapreneurship, -Open Innovation, -Processes of ideation, -The influence of managerial artifacts on worker s behavior. She is an early and active member of the European Employee driven innovation and work place learning Research Network (EDI-Europe) and a member of Gregor research group, IAE (Institute of Business Administration), Paris I- Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is also an active administrator of the French professional association Innovacteurs dedicated to employee driven innovation in French private and public sector. Before her academic career, she started working as an organizational consultant. Then, she was engaged by the Chamber of commerce and Industry of Paris Ilede-France, where she has hold different managerial positions in the education branch. Her two last positions were Deputy Director of Continuing Training and Head of the Intrapreneurship program of Advancia s Master in Entrepreneurship.

Ann-Charlotte TEGLBORG has lived in Danemark, France, Canada and developed pedagogical projects in several countries (Hungary, Estonia, Russia, and Romania).
