As a Private Client, you have a team of specially trained professionals anchored by two individuals: A Private Client Banker for all your banking needs and a J.P. Morgan Private Client Advisor who provides access to the investment capabilities of J.P. Morgan. This booklet provides you with details on Chase Private Client Deposit Products and Services. Please contact your Private Client Banker if you have any questions.

CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES FOR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS The following are complimentary services you can enjoy with your Chase Private Client Checking SM and Chase Private Client Savings SM accounts. Some services are not available on your Chase Private Client Savings account. Only when noted would you incur a fee. Please contact your Private Client Banker for more information. CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT CHECKING SM ACCOUNT ACCOUNT DETAILS Who is Eligible Available to individuals who maintain an average daily balance of $250,000 or more in any combination of qualifying linked deposits and investments. 1 If total balances in qualifying deposits and investments do not meet the Chase Private Client requirements, Chase may contact you to help determine an alternate Chase product. For this, you must be joint owners of a Chase Private Client Checking or a Chase Private Client Savings account. Your family members accounts must be upgraded to a Chase Private Client account to receive product and rate privileges. Minors under the age of 18 cannot be owners of a Chase Private Client Checking account and therefore cannot receive all the benefits of Chase Private Client. 2

CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT SAVINGS SM ACCOUNT ACCOUNT DETAILS Who is Eligible Available to individuals who maintain an average daily balance of $250,000 or more in any combination of qualifying linked deposits and investments. 1 If total balances in qualifying deposits and investments do not meet the Chase Private Client requirements, Chase may contact you to help determine an alternate Chase product. Minimum to Open $100 Monthly Service Fee Not charged in any statement period when you: Have a linked Chase Private Client Checking account; or Keep a minimum daily balance of $15,000 or more in this account Otherwise, $20 Withdrawal Limits Federal law limits the number of transactions per month on any savings account. However, this limit does not apply to withdrawals made in person or through ATMs, by mail (by a check payable and mailed to you), or by messenger. See Limits on Savings Account Withdrawals on page 6 of the Deposit Account Agreement for details. Interest Variable; based on daily collected balance Relationship rates when linked to a Chase Private Client Checking account. The interest rates will be applied to your savings accounts throughout the next statement period. If your Chase Private Client Checking account is not linked, Chase s standard interest rates will apply to your savings accounts throughout the next statement cycle Statement Period Monthly 1. Qualifying Chase deposits and investments include the following: a) Up to 9 Chase Private Client Checking accounts, Chase High School Checking SM accounts, Chase personal savings accounts, Chase Liquid Cards, CDs, certain investment management, fiduciary and custody accounts, certain Chase Retirement CDs, or certain Chase Retirement Money Market Accounts (balances in Chase Money Purchase Pension and Profit Sharing plans do not qualify); b) Prior end of month balances for J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (JPMS) accounts, certain retirement plan investment balances (balances in Chase Money Purchase Pension and Profit Sharing plans do not qualify), JPMorgan Funds accounts (J.P. Morgan Funds are distributed by JPMorgan Distribution Services, Inc. which is an affiliate of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Affiliates of JPMorgan Chase & Co. receive fees for providing various services to the funds. Products and services may be offered by JPMorgan Distribution Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC), annuity products (annuities made available through Chase Insurance Agency, Inc. (CIA) and Chase Insurance Agency Services, Inc.) and personal trust accounts. Securities and investment advisory services are offered through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (JPMS). To earn relationship interest rates on linked Chase savings accounts (excluding Chase Savings SM ), the account must be linked to a Chase Private Client Checking account. When applicable, the relationship interest rates will be applied to your savings accounts throughout the next statement period. If your Chase Private Client Checking account is not linked, Chase s standard interest rates will apply to your savings accounts throughout the next statement cycle. 3

CHASE RETIREMENT MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT SM ACCOUNT DETAILS Who is Eligible Individuals Minimum to Open No minimum to open Retirement Plan Fees IRA ANNUAL FEE A fee of $30 will be charged annually on May 1 (or the first business day in May) for each deposit Traditional IRA, Traditional Rollover IRA, Roth IRA, Roth Conversion IRA, SEP or SARSEP ( IRA ) plan you own unless at least one of the following applies to such plan as of April 30 (or last business day in April) each year: You maintain a Chase checking account A contribution of $1,000 or more is made to the IRA during the last 12 months ending April 30 (or last business day in April) You are a Traditional IRA, SEP or SARSEP participant age 70½ or older and are subject to taking Required Minimum Distributions from your plan The deposit balance in the IRA is $10,000 or more TRUSTEE-TO-TRUSTEE TRANSFER FEE The fee for a Trustee-to-Trustee Transfer to another institution is $50. If the transfer amount requested is less than 100% of the balance of your plan, the applicable fee will be deducted from your account(s). If the transfer amount requested is equal to 100% of the balance of your plan, the applicable fee will be deducted from the balance before the transfer is made. Interest Variable; based on ledger balance Statement Period Balance information of linked Retirement Money Market Account/Accounts appears on monthly checking account statement. Transaction detail provided on quarterly or semiannual retirement plan statement (as applicable). Paperless Statements are not available. Other Additional deposits can be made at any time to a Retirement Money Market Account/Accounts. 4

Statement Period Balance information of linked CDs and Retirement CDs appears on monthly checking account statement. CDs do not receive separate statements. Transaction detail provided on quarterly or semi-annual retirement plan statement (as applicable). Other Additional deposits can be made to CDs and Retirement CDs at maturity or during the 10-day grace period. 5

CHASE OVERDRAFT SERVICES An overdraft occurs when you don t have enough money available in your checking account to cover a transaction. We have a Standard Overdraft Practice that comes with Chase Private Client Checking accounts, and also offer Overdraft Protection and Chase Debit Card Coverage, which are optional services that can help pay overdrafts when they occur. STANDARD OVERDRAFT PRACTICE FOR CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT CHECKING ACCOUNTS: What it is Our Standard Overdraft Practice may pay overdraft transactions at our discretion based on your account history, the deposits you make, and the transaction amount. We do NOT GUARANTEE we will always pay your overdraft transaction, and if we do not pay your transaction, the transaction will be declined or returned unpaid. What it Pays Checks Automatic Payments (e.g. recurring phone bill, mortgage or utility bill) Recurring debit card purchases (e.g. movie subscriptions or gym memberships) NOT COVERED: Everyday debit card transactions (e.g. groceries, gasoline or dining out) What it Costs There are no Chase fees Posting Order The order in which we apply deposits and withdrawals to your account. Generally, for each business day: FIRST: We add your deposits to your account. SECOND: We subtract wire transfers, non-repeating ( everyday ) debit card transactions, online banking transactions, ATM withdrawals, teller cash withdrawals, and checks you write that are either cashed or deposited at a teller station by a Chase employee, in the order in which they are authorized, withdrawn, cashed or deposited. THIRD: We subtract all other items, including checks you write that are either cashed or deposited at an ATM or eatm, starting with those having the highest dollar amount and moving to the lowest. We reserve the right to use a different order in certain states. Knowing Your Balance Use any of these options to check your balance before you make a purchase. Account Alerts: There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates apply. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or Internet provider, technology failures and system capacity limitations. Anytime you review your balance, keep in mind it may not reflect all transactions, including recent debit card transactions or checks you have written. 2. Chase Mobile app is available for select mobile devices. Enroll in Chase Online and download the Chase Mobile app. There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply. 6

CHASE OVERDRAFT SERVICES OVERDRAFT PROTECTION: What it is Allows you to link an Overdraft Protection backup funding account a Chase savings account or Chase credit card 1 to your checking account to help pay any overdraft transactions that may occur. A transfer is made (generally in $50 increments 2 ), if enough funds are available, to cover your transaction. What it Pays All transactions What it Costs No fee to enroll There are no fees for Overdraft Protection Transfers into Chase Private Client Checking accounts Credit Card Overdraft Protection Transfer: You will pay interest from the date of the transfer at the Overdraft Advance interest rate Savings Account Overdraft Protection Transfer: Transfers will count toward the number of withdrawals allowed per monthly statement period and could result in a Savings Withdrawal Limit Fee when the transfer is made from a Chase savings account other than Chase Private Client Savings CHASE DEBIT CARD COVERAGE SM : What it is Allows you to choose how we treat your EVERYDAY DEBIT CARD transactions. If you don t have Overdraft Protection, or you don t have enough funds in your linked Overdraft Protection backup account, and: You select NO, the transaction will be declined You select YES, we may pay the overdraft transaction at our discretion based on your account history, the deposits you make, and the transaction amount. Standard Overdraft Practice fees apply Regardless of your Debit Card Coverage decision, if you are enrolled in Overdraft Protection and you have enough money in your linked Overdraft Protection backup account, your transaction will be approved. What it Pays Everyday debit card transactions ONLY. If declined the transaction will NOT go through What it Costs You will not be charged any Insuffcient Funds, Returned Item or Extended Overdraft Fees on your Chase Private Client Checking account(s) 1. Chase credit cards are subject to credit approval, and are issued by Chase Bank USA, N.A. See your credit card disclosures for full details. 2. When the available balance in your overdraft account cannot be rounded up to a $50 increment to cover the overdraft purchase, we will transfer the exact amount needed to cover the purchase. 7

If YES If NO (or you do NOT have a backup account) Proceed to Step 3 Funds are generally transferred in $50 increments to cover the purchase. See the What it Costs section for Overdraft Protection fee information. STEP 3 Chase Debit Card Coverage Did you opt in to Chase Debit Card Coverage? If NO (DEFAULT CHOICE) If YES, you opted in Transaction Declined or Declined Transaction does NOT go through. We may approve your transaction at our discretion based on your account history, the deposits you make, and the transaction amount. If declined, transaction does NOT go through. Checks, Automatic Payments or Recurring Debit Card Purchases STEP 1 Is there enough money available in your checking account? If YES If NO Proceed to Step 2 STEP 2 Overdraft Protection Is enough money available in your checking account plus your linked Overdraft Protection backup account (savings or credit card)? If YES If NO (or you do NOT have a backup account) Proceed to Step 3 Funds are generally transferred in $50 increments to cover the purchase. RETURNED/DECLINED There are no Returned Item Fees for Chase Private Client Checking accounts. If check or automatic payment is returned, or if recurring debit card transaction is declined, the transaction does NOT go through. 8
