t 2016 NACWA Law Seminar and Consent Decree Workshop Legal Education (CLE) Credits NACWA has applied to the states listed below for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. NACWA typically receives between 20 and 30 credit hours for the Law Seminar and/or Workshop, including 1.5 credit hours for ethics. In the alternative, attendees can secure CLE credit on an individualized basis by submitting information regarding their attendance at NACWA s Law Seminar and/or Workshop to their state CLE board. Alabama Alaska Arizona Arkansas States 25.8 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Alabama State Bar MCLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. directly to the Alaska CLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE Activity for the MCLE Requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 30.9 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credits towards the annual MCLE Requirement. directly to the Arizona CLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. Arkansas CLE Board during the reporting period after the Seminar and/or Workshop.
California Colorado Connecticut District of Colombia Florida Georgia Hawaii Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and collect Uniform directly to the California CLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 23 Credits, Including 1.8 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and collect the Colorado Notice of Accreditation at NACWA s registration desk. They must then report directly to the Colorado CLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. Not a Mandatory CLE Jurisdiction 28.0 Credits, Including 2.0 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and collect the Florida Bar Certificate of Accreditation at NACWA s registration desk. They must then report directly to the Florida Bar after the Seminar and/or Workshop during the reporting period. 30.9 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report. NACWA will report to the Georgia CLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. directly to the Hawaii State Board of CLE during the reporting period after the Seminar and/or Workshop.
Iowa Indiana Illinois Kansas Kentucky Maine Maryland 24.25 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Certificate of Attendance. They must then report directly to the Iowa State Bar CLE Commission. 25.8 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit directly to the Indiana Commission on CLE during the reporting period. Application Pending Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and collect the Illinois Certificate of Attendance. If this certificate is not available at the registration table, please see a NACWA Staff Member. NACWA will report to Illinois MCLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 28.5 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and complete the Kansas CLE Commission Certificate of Attendance at NACWA s registration desk. They must then report directly to the Kansas CLE Commission after the Seminar and/or Workshop and send NACWA a copy of the completed Kansas Certificate of Attendance. 22.75 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and collect the Kentucky Bar Association Certificate of Attendance at NACWA s registration desk. NACWA will report to the Kentucky Bar Association after the Seminar and/or Workshop during the reporting period. directly to the Maine s Board of Overseers of the Bar during the reporting period after the Seminar and/or Workshop.
Massachusetts Michigan Missouri Montana Nevada New Jersey New Mexico 23.7 Credits, Including 1.8 Ethics Credit directly to the Missouri Bar after the Seminar and/or Workshop. directly to the State Bar of Montana during the reporting period after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 20.5 Credits, Including 1.0 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and complete the Nevada Board of CLE Notice of Accreditation at NACWA s registration desk. They must then report directly to the Nevada Board of CLE after the Seminar and/or Workshop. directly to the Supreme Court of New Jersey during the reporting period after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 19.5 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Certificate of Attendance NACWA s registration desk. NACWA will report to the New Mexico MCLE Board CLE board after the Seminar and/or Workshop.
New York North Carolina North Dakota Ohio Oregon Pennsylvania directly to the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board during the reporting period after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 21 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit North Carolina State Bar after the Seminar and/or Workshop. directly to the State Bar Association of North Dakota MCLE after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 23 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Certificate of Attendance. NACWA will report to the Supreme Court of Ohio after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 19.75 General Credits, Including 1 Ethics Credit Oregon State Bar MCLE after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 17 Credits, Including 1 Ethics Credit Certificate of Attendance and the Pennsylvania Certificate of Attendance at the NACWA registration desk. They must then report directly to the Pennsylvania CLE Board along with the PA attendance certificate.
South Carolina South Dakota Texas Virginia Washington West Virginia Wisconsin 22.5 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report and collect The Supreme Court of South Carolina Commission on CLE & Specialization Certificate of Attendance. NACWA will report to the South Carolina Supreme Court Commission on CLE and Specialization after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 20.5 Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sign the Attendance Report. NACWA will report to the State Bar of Texas MCLE Board after the Seminar and/or Workshop. Application Pending 20.5 Credits, Including 1.0 Ethics Credit Participants are required to sin the Attendance Report. NACWA will report to the Washington State Bar MCLE after the Seminar and/or Workshop. 30.9 Credits, Including 1.8 Ethics Credit Certificate of Attendance.
