COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS The product contains: water, sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. This product is covered by the OSHA Hazard Communication Rule 29, CFR 1910.1200 The following substances shall be indicated according to legislation: Sodium hydroxide, CAS-No. 1310-73-2: 5-10 % Sodium hypochlorite, CAS-No. 761-52-9: 1-5 % 3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION Human health: Strongly corrosive to skin and eyes. Spray mists irritate the respiratory system, and cause coughing and difficulties in breathing. Inhalation of mist may cause lung oedema. When heated, toxic chlorine vapours may be formed. This product contains no ingredient listed on the NTP or OSHA carcinogen lists. IARC Cancer Review: Group 3 for Sodiumhypochlorite. Environment: The product may affect the acidity (ph-factor) in water with risk of harmful effects to aquatic organisms. 4. FIRST-AID MEASURES Inhalation: Move injured person into fresh air immediately. Call an ambulance. Be aware that lung oedema may occur up to 24 hours after exposure. Bring along these instructions. Skin contact: Flush immediately with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing. Call an ambulance. Continue flushing during transport to hospital. Bring along these instructions. Eye contact: Immediately flush with plenty of water. Remove any contact lenses and open eyelids widely. Call an ambulance. Continue flushing during transport to hospital. Bring along these instructions. Ingestion: Immediately rinse mouth and drink plenty of water. Call an ambulance. Bring along these instructions. Do not induce vomiting.

2/ 6 5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES Extinguishing media: Use fire-extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding materials. Cool containers exposed to heat with water spray and remove container, if no risk is involved. Specific hazards: By heating and fire, toxic and corrosive vapours/gases may be formed. Protective equipment for fire-fighters: Small quantities: Selection of respiratory protection for fire fighting: follow the general fire precautions indicated by the workplace. Large spillages: Use air-supplied respirator during fire fighting. Severe corrosive hazard. Wear chemical protection suits. 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal precautions: Avoid inhalation of vapours and contact with skin and eyes. Look out! The product is corrosive. For personal protection, see point. Environmental precautions: Do not discharge into drains, water courses or onto the ground. Methods for cleaning up: Flush away small spillages with plenty of water. Large spillages: Dam and absorb spillage with sand, sawdust or other absorbent. Flush contaminated area with plenty of water. For waste disposal, see point 13. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Safe handling advice: Observe good industrial hygiene practices. Avoid inhalation of vapours and contact with skin and eyes. Immediately change drenched clothing. Technical measures: Never mix products containing chlorine with acidic materials. Toxic vapours may be formed. Technical precautions: Mechanical ventilation may be required. Provide easy access to water supply or an emergency shower. First-aid equipment, including eye wash bottle, must be available at the work site. Technical measures for safe storage: No special precautions. Storage conditions: Keep at temperatures between 40 F and 5 F.

An eye wash bottle must be available at the work site. Provide easy access to water supply or an emergency shower.
