Product 'M-ASTRA TOOL - Managerial Competence Assessment Tool in ICT form' Title: M-ASTRA TOOL - Managerial Competence Assessment Tool in ICT form Product Type: others Marketing Text: ICT tool for managerial competence assessment Description: M-ASTRA tool is a clear and easy-to-use method to assess managerial competences, both general and specific ones, which are necessary to run the company. The tool enables to identify the strengths and the competence gaps (the specific areas that should be worked on), providing the user with appropriate recommendations how the latter ones may be filled. The M-ASTRA tool provides us with the opportunity to assess the competence level and present the information about your profile in variety of forms, from figures to graphs. The M-ASTRA method enables the 360 degree assessment, which enables its participants to assess themselves and each other - the selected manager might be assessed by their team, e.g. coworkers, subordinates etc. Once the competence examination is completed, the manager obtains the individual competence outcome in a graphic form along with the interpretation of the results. Additionally, the obtained outcomes are compared with the average competence level of the executive staff, which succeeded in managing of their small and/or medium sized companies. Based on discrepancies between the both outcomes, thereafter it is generated the training plan, suited the need of the particular manager, to upgrade their competences to the level required for an occupied position. The examined person is provided with the recommendations on the possibilities of upgrading the level of competences, which were lower compared to the other people, who were successful in running a business.
