OLA20 General Characteristics The Ola 20 kitchen system consists of the following door versions: Doors in matte lacquer: produced with MDF support panel with polyester priming coat and matte lacquer finish; Doors in matte micalized lacquer: produced with MDF support panel with polyester priming coat and micalized lacquer finish; Doors in matte metallized lacquer: produced with MDF support panel with polyester priming coat and micalized lacquer finish; Doors in wood veneer: produced with particle board support panel with 4 solid wood edges and wood veneered. Handles The handles are made of aluminum alloy. The model also provides an aluminum profile. Side panels are available in the doors' finish. Fillers are available in the doors' finish. Titanium finish handle for base units with curved doors Base and Tall Units Base and Tall units are provided with side borings to ensure proper installation. Adjustable legs attached to external bases allow for a perfect leveling on uneven floors. The bottom of sink cabinets are aluminum lined to better withstand chemical agents and water leakage. All base units 56 cm deep and all tall units are fitted at 5.3 cm from the wall by means of specific spacers supplied in the hardware box. The overall distance between the wall and the cabinets' back is about 9 cm. This space allows for easy plumbing and wiring connections to be fitted at high level, without any need to cut down or trim back the cabinet's side. Wall Units Wall units are supplied with an internal hanging mechanism to regulate height and depth of cabinet for a perfect alignment. Wall units are installed by means of a steel hanging rail fixed to the wall. The dish draining wall unit features a stainless steel rack. Doors on draining cabinet open at 170 degrees. Drawers and Pull-outs Drawers and pull-outs are produced with white varnished steel sides with soft-closing system. Drawers and baskets are also available with stainless steel sides (Elegance version). Both drawers and pull-outs are mounted on fullextension runners. Bottom panels are made of scratch-resistant melamine over a particle board panel, in wood imitation finish. Integrated aluminum handle for base and tall units with flat doors, with Elegance version stainless steel pullouts Particularities for the Elegance version of pull-outs and chrome wire shelves: -The sides of the drawers and baskets are made in stainless steel. The bottom panel is made of dark ash wood imitation finish. -The chrome wire shelves have a melamine bottom panel dark ash wood imitation finish. Internal Baskets and Internal Pull-outs Internal baskets or pull-outs are made of chrome wire with soft-closing system. Hinges The quick clip-on hinges are made from chrome metal and provide a three-directional adjustment. Each cabinet, except for refrigerator/freezer housing units, is equipped with a suitable number of soft-closing brakes, integrated on the hinge, to create a perfect closing motion. Plinths Plinths are made of aluminum, They can be either titanium finish or lacquered finish.
OLA20 General Characteristics Backsplash The backsplashes are available in different materials : titanium-finish aluminum, marble, Quartz, Granite or Solid Surface. They are also available in silica agglomerate, in Solid Surface and in solid wood stiles. Front aluminum profile Titanium finish aluminum Worktops The worktops are produced in different types: in scratch resistant HPL laminate on waterproof (V100) particle board with scratch resistant HPL laminate with ABS front edge in the same color as the laminate; in marble or granite in different typologies of materials, or in quartz (composite) in various colors and finishes; in stainless steel satin finish on particle board; in Solid Surface; Laminates 5 2 5.3 Marbles and Granites Carcass Structure The carcass of the cabinets and shelves is made of 19mm thick particleboard panels: these panels have a very low formaldehyde emission (less than half compared to class E1 and within the CARB Standards), covered with melamine resins providing for an easy to clean and scratchresistant surface. The panels feature a thick ABS front edge. The back panels are made of HDF (High Density Fiberboard). The internal shelves are adjustable in height.
