Need of frequencies in broadcasting service; Costs for reallocations of broadcasting service; Transition to plan and so on. 35
ECC Decision (13)03 on SDL in L-band ECC Decision on the harmonised use of the frequency band 1452-1492 MHz for Mobile/Fixed Communications Networks Supplemental Downlink (MFCN SDL) 5.342 Additional allocation: in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine, the band 1 429-1 535 MHz, and in Bulgaria the band 1 525-1 535 MHz, are also allocated to the aeronautical mobile service on a primary basis exclusively for the purposes of aeronautical telemetry within the national territory. As of 1 April 2007, the use of the band 1 452-1 492 MHz is subject to agreement between the administrations concerned. (WRC-12) 36

What shall we do? 1. Active work in the working group created by the Minister of Transport and Communications on 21th March 2014. 2. Active work of mobile operators with partners in Russia. 3. Active and coordinated work of CEPT countries during CPG meetings and at WRC-15. 38
