Laredo Convention and Visitors Bureau (2000). Conducted a Convention Study for the Spring 2000 advertising campaign. In India: Alpha Fotos, Visakhapatnam, India (1986-1989) Assisted in setting up and operating a color photo processing business. This project involved a detailed study of the local market. Responsible for advertising, marketing and customer service. Dolphin Hotels Limited, Visakhapatnam, India (1987-1988). Front Office Manager responsible for marketing and sales. Maser Private Limited, Calcutta and New Delhi, India (1983-1985) Worked as a consultant on a number of diverse projects. Conducted a market survey to study the feasibility of introducing rubber tiles in India for Dunlop India Limited. Developed a business plan including a detailed market survey for setting up a polyester filament plant for Shaw Wallace Limited. Undertook a study for Calcutta Port Trust, identified problems and suggested a business plan highlighting potential areas for growth.
