Whether your customers need portable printers, medium output desktop-sized units, or high output industrial machines, Toshiba has the right solution for any business-critical application. Toshiba is a trusted worldwide provider of the highest performance printing solutions combined with the lowest cost of ownership. Three product families (machine type 9338) are being announced: Models 4T1, 4T2, and : High output industrial printers for warehousing and distribution applications. Models V4D and V4T: Medium output desktop-sized units for retail back office and in-store deli and pharmacy applications. Models EP2 and EP4: Low output portable printers for warehousing and distribution, in-store price markdown, shelf labeling, and portable point-of-sale applications. The Toshiba thermal barcode printers come with a one-year Advance Exchange warranty. The Advance Exchange warranty provides unique benefits to improve the efficiency of your business. When you require hardware service, Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions ships you a replacement unit overnight. Prior to shipment, the units will have completed a thorough Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions healthcheck on all critical components, helping to improve the productivity and life span of your printer. Additionally, using the Advance Exchange means you do not have to schedule an appointment with a service technician. Z-Mode and other available emulations enable easy integration into legacy software systems. Model V4D or V4T The printers in this series can print straight from a PC using Windows TM drivers and free Bartender Ultralite software. Model EP2 or EP4 The printers in the EP Series are compatible with many programming languages and are designed as plug-and-play units that can require only minimal software changes, whether it is a Toshiba printer using TPCL or any other brand's model using BCI (Basic Command Interpreter). Description One global solution The 4T1, 4T2, and series models are a premium range of industrial barcode label printers designed for a wide variety of applications; they feature a midrange price tag, enhanced performance, serviceability, and environmentally sustainable technology. The V4D or V4T series models are direct thermal and thermal transfer barcode label printers offering fast, on-demand labeling and ticketing direct from your desktop. Standard interfaces include USB, LAN, RS-232, and parallel. The EP2 or EP4 series models of portable direct thermal printers feature big barcode printer technology in a small package. These printers are ultra compact and have a contemporary rugged design, offering superior print speeds with 'peel and present' labeling. Flexible connectivity options include IrDA USB, plus a choice of optional Bluetooth or wireless LAN. These printers are designed to be user-friendly, and include an operator keypad with a backlit LCD informational display.
